The communication from the florist was very good. When they said they could not deliver on the requested day, there was an opportunity to cancel the order. I preferred to continue the delivery on the Monday.

I ordered an arrangement on line to be delivered to a family friend who was celebrating her 90th birthday. I received an email explaining exactly where the arrangement had been left as the recipient didn't answer the door. The recipient says that they are the best flowers that she has ever received in her life. Excellent communication throughout the process. Excellent service above and beyond.
